CLICKS HORRIFIC SERVICE DELIVERY

Good day,

So on Wednesday morning @ 8am ,I placed a online order for a special clicks was running with the baby diapers ( pamper mega box to be exact).

I placed this with EXTREME URGENCY as my 4 month old daughter was running low on diapers , the turn around time for delivery was 1-3 days, and nowhere was this indicated that it would be 3 WORKING days ,

I was okay with 3 days because I knew this would be sufficient time , but alos in was worried about the stick levels , Hence the urgency , however after placing the order i spend hours trying to get a confirmation email , which was eventually send on Friday after numerous complaints and telephone calls, today is day 4 still no delivery, the order has apparently been dispatched and this gave me hope, however to my disappointment , i then made a 19th telephone call ( all in day by the way ) and was instructed to collect at store, only to find out the store doesnt stock these boxes,

So now Im sitting here as a single mom, needing to use my last finance for extra diapers because CLICKS WAS TOO *********** to delivery a simple order.

THE SERVICE IS disgusting and i feel i need to share MY horrific EXPERIENCE, AND warn fellow moms to not do online orders you will be disappointed by the service , the rude disrespectful staff and mainly the under delivery of promises
