Clicks horrible customer service

Terrible customer service by clicks I had a refund which they attempted to reverse into my card The refund had failed numerous times Clicks refuses to pay me the cash refund however I have to continuously make follow up after follow up in order to get feeeback I need this money however clicks is refusing to cooperate with me
