CLICKS HORIZON BAD ADMINISTRATION

Im very disappointed with the administration of clicks Hirizon View (Roodepoort). I got debited on 21st Aug when i was there, however the payment didnt reflect on their system at that time as their machines where problamatic that day, with another customer before facing a similar problem. Meaning i had to pay double.

Fast foward i provided statement from my card and till today i have not received any refund... Sad thing is that i am the one who has to call Natasha everytime for feedback and she seems not to care.
