Clicks helping the *********

On 8th of June 2019 a lady entered the clicks store in Mall Of The South, Johannesburg, with just a receipt of mine she managed to access my cash back and use it, and Lerato who claims to be second in charge manager at the store assisted the lady in using just an old receipt not my card, to use my cash back, and now clicks is making it seem like this was my fault, how? I'm not sure considering I was 20km away from the mall with the card in my bag, Thanks clicks after calling your head office and the store (mall of the south) I have had no assistance just your staff changing the story to suit themselves, congratulations clicks , you have officially lost a daily customer
