Clicks - help flatten the curve

I write this with deep disappointment for your Clicks store at the Signet Terrace-Lenasia branch. Having to purchase much needed items I left my home for the first time in 3 weeks. Arriving at your store and noticed the security guard asking each customer that entered to fill in a form. The security guard did not use sanitizer to sanitize the pen each time. And everyone kept using the same pen. When it was my turn I refused to use the pen. She then told me to leave the store. Shocked and To my dismay , knowing I needed the items in the store, I indicAted to her that I will not use the pen unless she gives me sanitizer. She then pointed to a bottle and said I must take it and use my myself. Quite upset now , I used it then filled in the form and continued with purchase. I informed the lady at the teller what had occurred and please not allow this complacency to happen to others. , as it is highly dangerous and placing our lives at risk. I am deeply upset , has the security not been informed that the coronavirus can be spread on surfaces and touching of same items?? The security guard on being told to adhere to use the sanitizers, she got angry and mouthed words in a langauge I did not understand as I left the store. What is the purpose of filling in the form ? I spoke to a few people and apparently this is not being done at Clicks in Trade Route Mall. In my opinion it’s a cause for concern and disease can easily be transmitted through this pen and paper.
