Clicks Hatfield pharmacy super slow and unwelcoming

At clicks Hatfield pharmacy we were served by Lerato Seloane on the 18th February 2022 counter 6, she was super slow and unwelcoming to the point where she kept disappearing at the counter without any notification, eventually I received my prescription where one medicine was not available and I politely asked her to look for other branches where available and while she was on the call she was mentioning to her colleague that she hates making calls at other branches in her mother tongue. We normally don't go to the Hatfield branch and with the slowness where customers were leaving cause of the slow service I would never recommend nor go back there. Other colleagues were having conversations amongst themselves while customers waited.and she never even asked if I have my clicks card for point.
