Clicks has no customer service at all

in November we purchased a Frozen music box, it was given as a christmas gift, only then to discover that the box was faulty, it was then returned to Clicks in the CBD with receipt. we have been given the run around all the time. it is now 5 months later and we still without the box. Clicks customer service is really bad, not happy at all.
