Clicks has gone from bad to useless

I entered Clicks to quickly purchase 4 small items. As I was in a hurry I quickly made my way to the tills where I proceeded to wait for 10min in a short queue as the cashiers were working as if on a slow go. This was at 17:30 which is supposedly a busy period. Cashier made no eye contact and was generally oblivious to my existence. I will not be visiting any Clicks again. Good luck with your annual sales figures.
