Clicks has an untrained pharmacy staff

Im a long time customer so for me to receive this disrespectful treatment at a local clicks pharmacy is very hurtful. I don't get my medication on time and I basically have to beg them to add me to the sms system. I have chronic illnesses and its hard for me to stand in a line for long. If they have the facility to accommodate myself and others, Why are they not following protocol. Im yet again standing in pain due to a foot that was broken earlier this year. I complained the last time i was here 11 days ago. They clearly don't care abou customer service. Thank you to 1 person thou named Craig Grant ( I hope I'm allowed to put his name here) he took the time to put all my prescriptions on the sms system that ensures my medication will be pre-packed for future pick ups. He is the only person that actually did his job. After so many fights and complaints to who ever is so called in-charge nothing changed. Im going to take my business elsewhere as clicks is not the only option. A disgusted and disgruntled customer.
