Clicks Gugulethu Sucks

Good Day,

On the 1st of July 2024, I bought a Sfewsy kettle at this store. As time went by,the kettle gave me problems but due to the fact that I had no chance to bring it in. I delayed. Ended up using my sister's kettle. It was dead as I used my Safeway one. To my surprise,it worked this was December last year. Last week, the kettle is acting up again. We had to use a stove because the kettle didn't work. After a few days I decided to try it one more time before I bring it back. I turned it side ways as it was connected, this is how we use it. It's on and off.

Today,I returned the kettle as it still has guarantee. I was told it's a year when I bought it. The manager or supervisor tells me that I cannot return a kettle that works and a few days to a year. I explained that the kettle gives me problems that's why I am bring it back. She refused I had to takea taxi back home again. Please advise what to do. My kettle still has a guarantee as I bought it on the 1st of July. Her argument was the fact that it's few days apart from a year.
