CLICKS GROUP, I WANT MY REFUND

On the 6/01/2023 i visited Clicks in Durban @(the workshop) i had a problem with my card when i was swiping, a guy by the name of Alvin advised that i do scan to pay, i did and the transaction was successful on my side and i showed him, he advised that it declined on his side. Alvin advised i must do it again, it will be reversed in less than an hour, i did it again and it was approved on his side. Till today i haven't got my refund, a store manager by the name of Khayakazi Dlamini has been trying to assist me (God bless her) but there is no joy because EFT queries department are not responding to her emails, and the (complaints resolution team) are not helping either. I WANT THAT RELEASED AUTHORIZATION LETTER SO I CAN HAVE MY MONEY
