Clicks Group Customer Service

Bervelley at Clicks gave me a substandard service while attending to me at clicks in Nonesi Mall Queenstown. She had to answer her cell phone, chitchatted with the store manager while I was waiting for the the augmentin to be mixed up, I waited for more than 15 minutes for Augmentin alone, when I laid a complaint to her manager she didn’t have any remorse they laughed it off with her manager and said I can complain online, never apologize for the long wait, she asked if they cannot talk on the phone and mix medicine and label it, I am not sure this is the kind of customer service that Clicks stand for as their value. I went on their website and couldn’t find anything about complaints.
