Clicks Greenfields is a ****

On the 19/11/2025 I swiped for items to the value of R589.55 twice but no slip was printed. Both times it came of my account. I was refunded the first amount on the same day. On Saturday the 22/11/2025 I received confirmation from my bank that the second swipe was honored. I took this proof to the store (Clicks Greenfields East London) on the same day, and they mailed someone about it. To date I have not received my money or feedback from the store. I want my money or my items !
