Clicks Grayston shopping center bul**** me as a flexi timer by both the managers and one of the stuff who was a guy!

I got a flexi job for December at Clicks Grayston shopping center and i started on the 1st of December 2025 and was supposed to end on the 31 of December2025 but i had to stop on the 12 of December2025 due to the bad treatment i got from one of the stuff and the two managers on duty that day. One of the stuff who was a permanent named surprise Ngobeni assaulted me by hitting me with a box of straws and i was blamed for being beaten and the managers didn't do anything about the situation and i had to go home as i didn't feel safe to work there anymore. Our rights as flex timers are not taken serious just like the permanent workers. I had to stop working and i really needed to work for my kids but my mental health comes first as i was beaten by a man and im a woman who doesn't have power. I was bul**** at clicks grayston
