Clicks Gordon’s Bay

I want to give no stars but the site doesn’t allow I got a script filled at Clicks Gordon’s Bay on the 08/02/2021 which I only opened yesterday I then discovered that I was short 30 methylphenidate dispensed by Francois I spoke to Renee Dewee and she first told me that their stock count balanced so I had received the medication and she told me I should get my scripts elsewhere in future after another twenty minutes of discussions we agreed she would dispense the missing meds and open a investigation into it and I could collect the 30 I paid for but did not receive today I called and she hadn’t arranged anything this is schedule 6 meds I get charged R200 for the script and I explained to her that my Dr would charge me to write out another script and then I would have to pay again when I didn’t receive the first time I asked if they couldn’t check camera footage to prove because I didn’t receive so someone must have taken but they don’t have cameras so basically you left with your word against theirs and they don’t believe you if I received why would I call? Someone messed up now Renee not available and I can’t sort they say she will call me tomorrow but she said she would sort yesterday so why didn’t she!!!
