Clicks Goldman not giving me my refund

Hi am soo disappointed in clicks as I always shop there...I went to clicks Goldman in Florida to buy some few things on the 27th of January 2023 and while swiping my card,the power went off due to load shedding.the amount went through from my account bt not on their till coz it rebooted n I was told to swipe again n that the first amount I swiped will automatically reverse. ..soo I swipe twice n to date I have not received my refund.wen I go there I get one story or another...pls help am tired of going there wasting my petrol.
