Clicks Golden Acre terrible service and so unprofessional

Yesterday 05.06.2019 had such a bad experience in Clicks Golden Acre. A product that I wanted to purchase was marked wrong I told the clicks staff lady Nompelo that this is not the right price. I told her that she is a witness that the product is marked wrong. she said she will go make sure of the price and she confirm the price was wrong. when I got to the till I told the lady the price that was on the shelf was marked wrong and called the manager. what a embarrassed moment they called Nompelo and she denied it. the manger told me that she can not give me the product as it was not the case OMW how embarrassing. she made me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed and clicks was so full at the moment. I feel the price u see is the price u pay. most of the places work like that I feel that the Manager on duty had no customer services and no customer satisfaction and she was rude. did not even want to listen what I had to say. So unprofessional. I will rather from now on walk a bit further than go to Clicks golden acre again. TERRIBLE. even the lady at the till was apologizing the whole time and I told her it is not her fault.
