Clicks get with the digital program already

I am utterly disappointed in your pharmacy systems and service. I submitted a script for my daughter, who is 9 months, for asthma treatment. I submitted for collection in Howard Center as it is closer to home.

I received 2 smses that the script was ready for collection, each sms had its own script number and copayment amount. I called the clicks in question to get clarification but I couldn't get through.

I then call a different pharmacy, thinking their system is centralized so each pharmacy can see what the other did and make necessary changes. Boy is that NOT the case. I couldn't collect the script at a different pharmacy, the original pharmacy can't be contacted to reverse the script on their side because they are doing stocktake and will be closing soon. Closing times are different from the website by the way.

Now I can't access the asthma medication for my daughter, so it's another hectic night for her. Thank you so much clicks for reminding me why I should stick to Dis-Chem.
