Clicks gave a could shoulder

<p>Yesterday I had the unpleasant experience to visit Clicks George, Western Cape. The cashier, Laurelee, was very friendly and in my opinion, the only one in that store who was willing to give service. Idecided not to buy one of the items and conseceuently she had to call a superior to assist her to override. A group of employees stood nearby in a circle, discussing what i presume, private matters. They obviously observed that she needed help, as they made eye contact with both her and me, but they decided to ignore us. She repeated her request and the same happened, they continued with their private conversation. Then i walked over to them, requesting them to help as my time was limited. They made eye contact with me but deliberately ignored me, the customer who puts bread on their tables, again. That was when i grabbed my money, left the items on the counter and left the store, never to visit it again. There is a serious discipline problem in that store as far as i am concerned.</p>
