CLICKS GATEWAY POOR SERVICE

Utterly shocked at the service I've just received at Clicks Gateway. I rang up to check if there are any crutches in stock, as Id had no luck anywhere because of the on going strike, an indian gentleman JODASH assured me that they had stock after I'd specifically advised that I'm looking for adult crutches as there is no stock anywhere. I drive all the way there for NOTHING as there were just walking sticks. Now I have wasted gas driving all the way there and my partner has to suffer!
