Clicks Gardens has no heart

I bought an electric shaver and clipper kit from this Clicks 3 months ago. It stopped working after about 2 months. I thought it was my batteries. I bought new batteries (from Clicks) and it doesn't work at all now. I have lost the receipt but have my bank statement and the transaction tracked on a money management application and this place still won't refund me.

They say they need proof of payment, which I have, just not the form they want. The manager Qieyan Phillips was completely reluctant to help me.

What this has taught me is that Clicks is completely unwillingly to be there for its customers and has no sense of respect for the hard-working professionals that spend a lot of money in their stores. I spend money regularly at Clicks and expected more support from your establishment. Really sad. I'll be going to Dischem from now on.
