CLICKS GARDEN ROUTE MALL WORST ATTITUDE FROM A MANAGER EVER!!

<p>Sunday 8th 09:30. Stood in line - all but one till operating - the others were rebooting? Elderly gentleman infront of me asked staff members leaning aginst wall reason for this Large African lady with curly hair walking up and down cashiers looked at him and flatle ignored him. I went to her she said speak to manager who she called. Well what a nightmare - The issue was about the gentleman being ignored not about customer having problems at open tip. She refused to listen about this the large lady said in the background that I was LYING. I told the manager that this was nonsense and she refused to provide me with her name as she was not wearing a badge. As I was leaving the store she was VERY LOUDLY informing everyone listening that she will NOT provide me with her name and details. DISGUSTED and this will my very last visit to any CLICK STORE</p>
