Clicks ********** price hikes between stores

Clicks Group Complaints Resolution Team has been of no assistance thus far so hoping there's someone in Clicks Customer services who can actually assist. I sent my initial complaint email on 7 February regarding false and ********** pricing. I was told the merchandising team is investigating. I received no further response so on 10 February I followed up to which she rep**** on 13 February to again advise that the merchandising team is investigating. Up to now I haven't received any response so assuming they are still investigating?? Its concerning how long a simple verification of the ********** pricing hikes between stores takes.
