Clicks fourways mall manager

I made a purchase yesterday of a wrong sport massage machine, I lost the slip but I used my clubcard. I called today to explain that I wanted to make an exchange or refund the lady explained that I can only make a refund or get a voucher card refund. I went to clicks fourways mall where 2 lady's were assisting me ,I looked for some few things that I could replace the item with only to find out the amount was higher than R400 so the other lady advice that I can just get a gift card and purchase anytime since I cannot find the item when she was helping me she called for the manager a lady came with aj attitude and told me I cannot get any gift card or refund i just need to find things that are up to the value of my item , she was rude and disrespectful towards me and thw cashier who were assisting me remain calm doing their job but the lady who is known as the manager forced me to getting things that are not necessary. She rejected to give me a gift card to shop when I need to . Like what's the difference between those 2,I had to take items that are not necessary because she couldn't help yet she calls herself a manager, clicks fourways mall need to get a better manager . The treatment that I received today was so disappointing I lost my hard earned money because of a manager who doesn't even have empathy towards customers.
