Clicks Fourways Mall Management

I went to Clicks Fourways Mall and bought 3 items, as I was about to leave I handed the items to their security lady because I needed to go back inside the store to check for appliances. It didn't even take 5 minutes, as I was about to leave I ask for my parcel from the security she told me that another customer walked out with my items. And she wanted to go after that customer because she remembers them. They called Cynthia the Store Manager who told me that it is not Click's problem that their security lost my parcel. There is no parcel counter at their store so the security should have never accepted my parcel, she should have told me to go back to the store with it. I must ask their security lady to buy them for me because she is going to be short when doing their inventory. Ended up leaving Clicks Fourways empty handed and I filled a complaint with their Customer service and their Erea manager Merriam calls me to tell me that the security lady and Cynthia are now saying, there was never a parcel the security lady never took anything from any customer. Both Merriam and Cynthia are rude and have no regard to customer service when I asked that Merriam looks at the footage she told me that the whole store does not have any cameras
