Clicks Flora Centre unacceptable , closed due to load shedding

In this day and age of exorbitant fuel prices, I received a msg that my parcel from Loot was ready for collection at the Clicks in Flora Centre. I drove all the way there and the shop was closed due to load shedding. This is completely unacceptable as even one man businesses have generators.
