CLICKS FLORA CENTRE SUCK!!!!

My mom has been trying to get her monthly chronic medication from Clicks Flora Centre. Upon going to the store on the 27th of December 2020 she was told by a pharmacist that they cannot pick up her script and she must rather call Direct Medicines. My mom is not with Direct Medicines. Her 6month script was handed in at Rivonia Clicks as my brother works in the area so he collects her medication but now that he is on festive break he is not able to go to that area. Myself and my mom have contacted Clicks Flora numerous times and the same lady Portia answers and state she will transfer you through to the dispensary BUT SHE CUTS THE CALL and when trying to call back then THE STORE NOR THE DISPENSARY ANSWER. IN FACT THE DISPENSARY NEVER ANSWERS! THIS MATTER IS URGENT AS MY MOM NEEDS HER MEDICATION TODAY BUT CLICKS HAS HER SCRIPT. SO TEALLY WHAT THE HELL?
