Clicks Flora Centre should close their doors

Clicks Flora Centre should close its doors. My rating should be zero stars. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for many years. A week ago a bought medication and when I opened the package at home, it was empty. Today I went the store. They offer NO Assistance at the make-up section. I took a foundation (which had no lid and had a small piece of tape stuck over it) and squirted a tiny bit on my hand to check the color. I was then told I HAD to buy the product as I "tested" it and this was not allowed. Despite about two months prior, at another branch the lady in the cosmetics department opened foundations for me to try to find a suitable color (this was not the same brand, and as these items are costly, it is not a product you buy without being able to match the color). I was furious and asked to see the manager. When I advised the manager that I would NEVER support their shop again, her response was "that is fine". So, I guess it is not the support of loyal customers who pay your salaries. I will NEVER support any Clicks store again thanks to Clicks Flora Centre. Just wondering how in these economic times they can afford to lose loyal customers?
