Clicks Flora Centre Pharmacy - Rather Go Elsewhere

Flora Centre Clicks pharmacy is a total mess and a waste of time. I normally do not collect my medication from Clucks Flora Centre because the wait in the queue normally exceeds 30 minutes irrespective of peak hours or not. The reason for this is because there are only 2 people ever at the counter, despite the fact that there are 8 serving points 6 of them are a waste. No matter when you go there it is IMPOSSIBLE to get served in under 30 minutes, if at all. This morning I foolishly decided to collect medication from Flora Centre thinking that if I get there at 9am I can be first in the queue and get out of there by 10 past 9. WRONG!!! There was NOBODY there!! The pharmacy counter was still locked up with metal bars at 9:45 when I left after speaking to the manager who promised to get my script ready when I return. I arrived back at 10h30 only to find that my medication can not be dispensed. Why not??? My medication could not be dispensed because there is NOBODY QUALIFIED to dispense scheduled medication. Who is responsible for such Incompetence? You have a pharmacy at clicks and you have the audacity to charge me a pharmacists dispensing fee for something as benign as medication for a fever blister while you don't even have a qualified pharmacist at Clicks?
