Clicks Flora Centre

Morning, went to clicks to buy medication, payed by card. Payment went through on my side, money deducted from my account however, the till did not print a receipt on their side. Then they wanted to charge me again. So they expect their customers to pay twice because their system is not working. I requested a refund as the funds was deducted from my account. This resulted, after a 40 minute wait in a very arrogant manager telling me this can only happen on head office side. I left, no medication and no refund. They blatantly ***** money from their customers.
