Clicks flamingo square

Clicks at flamingo square has the most horible service you can imagine. We had a prescription for a nausea tablets.we stood in the row, was helped within 5min of entering the store. Then things went south: Firste the girl at the counter wants the dr who gave us the prescription to email it to them, witch i understand, so we phoned and asked that they do that, its been 3min for them to email it to them, we waited 20min for them to check the emails, send proof that it has been emailed. So the dr tried to phone them, we can hear the phones ringing.. No one answers the phone. We tell them that its the dr thats trying to get hold of them, still they dont answer. We asked to speak to the manager, he says they are to busy to answer the phones. And doesnt apologize or make a point to answer the phone, he says something in a different language and they laugh. The lady asked for our clicks card, witch i have used for years, she couldnt find the right name. Everything was just a problem! We waited for over an hour to get a tablet thats not even R6.00 Im not happy with this Clicks. Very very bad service!
