Clicks Farramere. I made a small purchase from the pharmacy and I requested that I did not need or want a plastic bag or packet for the goods. Despite this I was told by the manager that I had to have the packet as it was company policy, which it transpires is a lie. I had to return the purchase as he insisted on me taking the packet. I am trying to help the environment by not using needless plastics and the attitude of the staff was deplorable.
