Clicks Fairlands Walk cashier unhelpful and rude

I visited the Clicks at Fairlands Walk and tried to purchase items without my Clicks Clubcard as I do not carry it with me. The cashier - Mbali Mzweli - refused to assist. She insisted that I have my card on me and not provide just the number. She was also quite rude and arrogant. She did not even bother to scan the barcode, which I later learnt is do-able. The irony is that I previously went to that Click branch and another cashier assisted me without the card. I then provided the image I have on my phone of my card to the cashier at the branch at St Annes Hospital in Pietermaritzburg and the cashier scanned the barcode with no problem. This cashier at Clicks was just lazy and unhelpful.
