Clicks fails once again

So the previous 2 complaints about Clicks Lambton didn't help. The consultants phoned me every time just to tell me it won't happen again and they are so sorry! Well sorry just doesnt work anymore. Today at the Pharmacy the assistant informed me that he can not mix my prescribed cream because their scale was not working. When I asked him when he expects it to be fixed he told me to check sometime next week! Pathetic is no longer a word explaining the type of service these people gove us. Don't even bother phoning me with some lame excuse again! Rather spend time phoning the Lambton branch and teach them how to deliver customer service
