Clicks failing to refund

I bought an air fryer online and it was never delivered. I only got a message saying its not available. Instead of refunding my R750 Clicks decided to put it in the clubs card without consulting me. I called the callcentre and they told me they will escalate but it takes 48hours. I am disappointed because the airfryer is still showing on their online site but they say its not available. And the fact that instead of giving me my money back they are now putting in the clubs card .
