Clicks Fail At Vax

Had a Covid vax booking for Monday 23 August at 08h30. Arrived at the site (Clicks Parkrand) only to be told they will not be honoring the booking and that I should fall in line as a walk-in. If I knew this would be the case, I would have made a booking elsewhere and definitely not at Clicks. Your staff are rude and obviously your booking 'system' does not work. One look on your facebook page of complaints could have saved me a lot of time and trouble. You suck.
