I visited clicks Karaglen in about 2 months had an engagement with Nonthokozo Motloung who is the store manager , about exchange of appliance she was very moody , I made nothing of it cause I thought we all have off days , today 2019-10-09 I encounter her again about return of an iron that’s no longer working . She was yet again moody now I gather it’s a clicks standard . She asked whether I ironed this morning as if it has anything to do with the return policy . I got another iron so I’m in the queue and was nodded at by Gugu Majola the cashier who was at the far end . I deliberately did not attend cause the store has a customer promoter . The entire conversation with them was conducted in their native language to suit them , I find it difficult to fathom where they get the inclination from of making us consumers a favor . The markets are widely spread and I am able to now get appliances online from your competitors Y’all need to embed service within your staff more disappointing the management Regards
