Clicks

Further to my complaint on 13/01/2020 via your website and another email to you today (17/01/2020), I did not receive a solution after 1 week. I made an internet booking with Clicks (The Grove) Clinic for my vitality health check / assessment for 11/01/2020 at 11 am. Their system allowed for a booking to be made. When I got to the branch (Clicks - The Grove) there was no nurse to do this check. I waited for 15 min and had to ask for the nurse. This was a complete waste of my time and money. I will not support Clicks going forward.
