Clicks exchange rejected at Golden Acre Cape Town by the Managers

My son in-law bought teething beads for my grand daughter but I didn't like the color so I went to exchange at Clicks Golden Acre Cape Town. The manager refuse because the packaging was a bit torn. I contacted their Complaints office and was assisted my the lady called Michelle who apologized for the inconveniences cause and got a call from the same manager to return the beads . Another manager assisted me but refused as well because I didn't have Club Card which coresponded with the one on the receipt. I was so ****ed about that and decided to go to Clicks Garden Centre Cape Town. I got assisted by the manager Shameema and her colleague without any hassle what so ever and left smiling because I received what I wanted.
