Clicks Equestria Pharmacy HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Absolutely horrible horrible service!

I have to get my Discovery Med-Express medisyne every month, and EVERY month there is a problem...

The lady at the perscription counter is so spitefull and unwilling to help, they say they will phone you back but they don’t, they don’t send you the sms to say the medisyne is ready, or if there is a problem, they just ignore it until you phone them.

I am taking away ALL my medisyne at Clicks, and will NEVER use it again!

And the worst of it all is, I am not the only one, my mother also gets her medisyne there, and she ALWAYS have a problem with the same things, and she is not with Discovery, it just NEVER runs smoothly. And she has Pakinsons, she can’t go without her medisyne, and they never have her medication there. Although she has been giving her script there for more than a year.

I have Bipolar and you can imagine how irritating it is for me to struggle to get my medisyne every month.

This has been going on for 6 month now with my script.
