Clicks employee promoting violence and abuse!!!!

Today I visited The Highveld Mall Clicks around 14H00. I was accompanied by my sister who went to check out some nail polish. Took my 18 month along....she was fiddling with some Essence concealer (very inquisitive, but merely touching and putting back in its exact spot). Totally ignoring the lady there who kept rolling her eyes at us and passing remarks. Eventually she tells the security guard there in Zulu - "if that child doesn't leave the make up I am going to beat her up or the mother up". I then grabbed my child, headed to the Manager to complain. . He called her there and she completely denied this remarks saying this and asking us as if we are stupid to repeat what was said to her in Zulu like I was a 2year old myself. I asked her, if my daughter fiddles, are you not being paid to look after that department. She laughed and walked away. The manager didn't seem very apologetic. Instead he said he will issue a warning and its my duty to follow up on it. Yes i did make a scene as which department store lady can humiliate and promote such bad ********* violent behavior. Is this the service we get after years of shopping exclusively at Clicks for all our monthly toiletries, including the child's milk that she wanted to beat up. Does Clicks staff promote violence and bad customer service? Does my child deserve this or should I make a charge of ************ towards them? This child is my blood and if the store staff promote child abuse, should moms really be shopping there???? It was the most humiliating, degrading and ********* behavior I have ever experienced in my entire life as a shopper. She didn't even apologize, instead **** further to patronize me!!! NOBODY WILL EVER LAY HANDS ON MY INNOCENT CHILD - ESPECIALLY AN *********** WOMAN WITH NO MORALS!!!! MY family and I will make sure we spread the word and take it further until justice is served!! will not leave any threat against my child unturned!!
