Clicks Edgemead Shopping Centre Pharmacy counter unfriendly staff

The Clicks Pharmacy at Edgemead Shopping Centre personnel are disappointing. They don't even greet with a hallo, they make you feel they are doing you a favour. Sorry to say, we miss old school service. I won't be going back there. I was there on 28 Feb 2023, around 11:00. We sat in front of the queue for about 18 minutes, seeing two assistants leaving their posts. It is unacceptable to let sick people sit there for so long, and then getting service from someone who cant even say hi, how are you. My Zimbabwian girl, who was with me, for whom I queued to simply get Eye drops and Texa, said she had never before seen me so annoyed. What about people who are sick and sitting in a queue and still getting unfriendly pharmacists? I am sorry to say, but the current pharmacy personnel at this pharmacy lacks the service levels we are accustomed to!
