Clicks Edgemead ********** Medical Claims

Over the past few years, Clicks has been putting through medical aid claims on my medical aid for someone else, it has happened 4 times now. Someone is walking around with the same Clicks Club card number as mine, and Clicks being the *********** bunch they are, don't even bother to ask for any medical aid details or confirmation. Never mind the fact that i reside in Johannesburg, and all this is happening in Cape Town. Clicks Edgemead is the worst branch ever, i have called over two weeks ago to report the ********** claim and still no response or call back, Discovery apparently requires permission to refund the claim to my savings. It is actually ridiculous!!
