Clicks, EasyPay and Multichoice took my money and rendered no service.

I paid my Dstv account using the Clicks app on the 28th of September 2024, payment was successful money was debited from my account. On the 2nd of October my decoder was disconnected due non payment. Clicks acknowledged receipt of my payment on email and said I should contact Easypay. Easypay redirected me to Multichoice and Multichoice redirected me to Clicks again. None of these companies wants to take accountability and up until today I have not been assisted. My money is gone just like that.
