clicks

I went to Medicross clicks mall @ carnival on the 26/04/2020.Upon arriving there I found the store is closed.I went to the Clicks in the Mall next to Pick & Pay.Got my ticket for the queue.After waiting 48 minutes,eventually my ticket number is called to counter 2.I explained my situation to the pharmacist behind the counter 2.He checked the computer and told me that he cannot give my chronic medicine due to the fact that I always get my chronic medicine from the medicross side.He refused point blank to give my medication.I need this medication as it is my hypertension medicine and my anti depressants.This is very bad service and next time I will make use of Dischem. At this clicks there is no good service.The staff is very ruse and unpleasant.The pharmacist is very rude as well.Do not use this clicks!!!
