CLICKS DON'T HAVE STOCK

I want to complain about the OGX product promotion that Clicks are running at the moment. I understand that your pamphlet says “whilst promotional stocks last” and “Not all products are available in all our store” but it is very disappointing to know that Clicks runs promotions but their stores don't have stock.

My husband went to the Clicks in Sandton City, I went to Clicks in the Sanlam Centre in Randburg, the Clicks in Honey Crest on Beyers Naude Drive and the Clicks in Honeydew Village on J.G. Strijdom. I phoned customer service to find out where I can find the product or if they can send me some stock to a store close to me, but he could only give me two shops (not close to me and not worth driving too for 1 bottle) in Gauteng that had stock, and only one bottle of Shampoo here and the other 2 bottles of something else etc. Should the shops not have ample stock to run the promotion and service your customers?

I spoke to one of the managers at the Clicks at Honey Crest and I told him that the customer service person told me to ask him to honour the promotion and find the product for me at the promotion price even if it is out of the promotion period, he was very willing to help and took my name and number, but I still haven't heard back from him.

Makro, Checkers, Pick n Pay to name but a few stores that give you a "raincheck" or honour your purchase if they are running a promotion and they run out of stoc****
