Clicks - dont care about their customers

Stock levels on specific product within this retail outlet are shocking. Last year in particular I queried with two different branch managers - why the Provoke range of hair products - which I purchased regularly - was either in very short supply or not available. No response. I e-mailed Clicks to complain - no response. Again this morning I e-mailed Clicks to now query why the Lee Stafford Hairspray was mostly not available - the e-mail does not go through and instead sends an error message. Obviously Clicks don't give a hoot about their client base and cant even be bothered to respond.
