Clicks don't care

Incident # ********** 9 (Ref:IN: ********** 9) - Product Complaint - 273620 Stayfast Eyeshadow Stick Euphoria I've sent a mail to Clicks 29 September, three e-mails later and 2 Facebook messages and I still don't have a solution. Purchased Yardley Stayfast Eyeshadow Stick for R120. To pay that amount for just a tip on the pencil is not worth the money. How can you sell something so worthless for such a big amount>
