Clicks doesn't want to help their clients.

Went to Clicks Pharmacy in Burg Street Cape Town this morning to pick up my prescription. Firstly the lady behind the counter was having a discussion with a client, wasting my time. Secondly when I finally got service, she informed me that my prescription was filled in incorrectly by my doctor and they cannot help me. So I went to the doctor, paid for my consultation, went to the pharmacy only to be told that the medical practitioner made a mistake. What mistake could not be probably explained as the pharmacist did not have the decency and deal with me him/herself. Peoples time is precious, I am wasting more writing this review. I have records of getting this medication, surely you could check that to confirm that I'm not doing anything *******.

Get your act together. Call the doctor, do something to solve the problem and stop wasting peoples time.
