Clicks doesn’t wanna pay my refund

If there was a zero I would, I placed an order on the 1st of Jan which they failed to fulfil , 2 weeks later I call for a refund , it’s over 6 weeks now waiting f for my refund , I call them everyday and keep saying finance is dealing with it … I am livid
